Profile

Jenny has over twelve years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. Her practice focuses on representing and providing strategic counsel to financial institutions and companies in complex legal disputes.

Her experience includes contractual claims, enforcement of securities, real estate seizures, debt collection, and civil liability.

She has participated in highly complex legal proceedings, providing legal counsel at all stages of litigation, from initial legal analysis and the structuring of procedural strategies to representation in court.

Regarding the academic sphere, she received recognition in national and international legal essay competitions, including first place in the National Essay Competition on Identity and Democracy organized by the Central Electoral Board and the IESPEC, and first place in the 19th edition of the Ibero-American Competition on Judicial Ethics.

In addition, she received an honor in the National Competition of Competition Law organized by ProCompetencia in 2025.
