Mr. Perez Mera advises companies on financial and corporate matters, regularly participating in the drafting of financing contracts and real estate transactions; as well as in the formalization of guarantees.
Similarly, Mr. Pérez focuses his practice on regulatory and permit matters, supporting and advising companies in meeting their business objectives before the different state agencies, in energy projects, tourism, tax matters, among others.
