She has extensive experience conducting due diligence for foreign investors and supporting the operation of projects in the tourism, real estate, and renewable energy sectors.

Her practice also includes banking matters, as well as the interpretation and analysis of a wide range of commercial and contractual agreements, ensuring legally sound support throughout complex transactions.

In addition, she advises in corporate proceedings, including commercial agreements, incorporation, maintenance, dissolution, and liquidation of companies.
