90-day term for withdrawal of Title Certificates

The Judicial Council has set a deadline of 90 days, counted as of January 31, 2018, to withdraw the Title Certificates that have been available for delivery for more than six months in all the Title Registries of the country.
If the Title Certificates available for delivery are not withdrawn within the established period, the user must pay DOP 5,000.00 for the issuance of each certificate, through an application request.
