In the recent edition of Acquisition International Magazine, attorney José Manuel Batlle gave his view about avoiding and resolving disputes in the aviation industry.
Battle described how the firm can assist clients in taking measures to prevent disputes from arising, as leading experts in this field. He explains that in order to provide workable solutions and hands-on implementation the key skill required of professionals “is to be knowledgeable of the laws and regulations encompassing the aviation industry”.
Aviation is one of the world’s most highly regulated industries, hence Batlle considers the main challenge is “to provide a solution in compliance with the regulations of both international treaties and Dominican law”.
