DGII offers online payment receipts and proof of motor vehicle registrations

The National Tax Directorate (DGII) has launched an online service through Virtual Office (Oficina Virtual) to obtain online receipts for payments of tax and proof of registration with the Motor Vehicles Registry and Background.
These services join those already available for real estate registration, fiscal obligations compliance, and enrollment in the National Taxpayers’ Registry (RNC).
To obtain an online receipt, follow the steps below.
1. Go to the DGII Virtual Office, log in with your username and password, and click on Solicitar Certificación (request certification).
2. Next, select the type of receipt required and the information required. For example, if you require a payment receipt, enter the payment authorization number received from DGII.
3. Pay the DOP$300.00 fee using a credit card.
4. Download or print your PDF receipt.
