Dr. Praxedes Castillo Pérez honored for his contributions to the DR

Castillo y Castillo is pleased to announce that Dr. Práxedes Castillo Pérez has been honored by the President of the Dominican Republic with the Duarte, Sánchez and Mella Order of Merit, Gran Cruz degree, in recognition for his contribution to the Dominican Republic.
The ceremony, held in the Ambassador’s Hall at the Presidential Palace, was led by the President Leonel Fernández, the First Lady Margarita Cedeño de Fernández and other State Secretaries. Along with Dr. Castillo, seventeen Dominican practitioners were awarded as well for serving for over 50 years in the legal industry.
This is the highest distinction bestowed by the Dominican Government to a citizen for their contributions made to the country.
