Ms. De León assists in real estate transactions and in the structuring of credit facilities, backed by real estate and movable collateral. She also advises on matters of purchase and sale, contracts, successions, review of corporate documents for real estate transactions and, on aspects related to the real estate market.
Ms. De Léon also assists financial intermediaries in the evaluation of corporate documents for the opening of accounts and credit facilities.
