Mrs. De Castro’s clients include domestic and international corporate entities and major banks, general business corporations, limited liability companies, nonprofit corporations and other business associations, as well as lenders and borrowers, on a wide range of credit facilities, including syndicated loans, secured and unsecured lending, and project and acquisition financing.

Mrs. De Castro advises across a range of commercial matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. Her clients include domestic and international corporations, multinationals and financial institutions. She provides assistance in confidentiality agreements, venture capital funding and license agreements. Her practice also includes advising on syndicated loans, secured and unsecured lending and asset acquisitions.

She advises on corporate formations, confidentiality agreements, shareholder agreements, partnerships and joint venture agreements, business financing, contracts and other legal documents, venture capital funding, license agreements and stock restriction agreements.

Mrs. De Castro also provides assistance with regulatory and compliance issues for financial institutions and implements complex transactions in structured products, asset acquisitions and project finance.
