across a range of commercial and financial matters, including contracts, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions, real estate and credit facilities, such as syndicated loans, secured and unsecured lending.

Her practice also includes advising on confidentiality agreements, venture capital funding, license agreements, shareholder agreements, partnerships and joint venture agreements, venture capital funding, regulatory and compliance issues for financial institutions.
