María assists companies of the tourism, hotel, aviation, and environmental sectors in matters related to permits, authorizations and operating licenses and, in proceedings before the Tourism Development Council (CONFOTUR) for tourism projects to access the incentives and benefits of Law No. 158-01 on Promotion of Tourism Development.
She also assists in due diligences for hotel and real estate projects, in financing, real estate purchase and sale contracts, service contracts and leasing contracts.
