Who’s Who Legal recognizes partner Tania Castillo

Tania Castillo, Managing Partner, has been identified by Who’s Who Legal as being one of the world’s leading trademark lawyers. Who’s Who Legal: Trademarks 2014, identifies the leading individuals in jurisdictions worldwide following an extensive survey of peers and clients in the sector.
The research process involves face-to-face meetings, e-mails and telephone conversations and only those receiving the highest number of nominations are selected for inclusion in the guide.
Ms. Castillo is also ranked in band 2 in both Chambers Latin America 2014 and Chambers Global 2014 for her IP experience.
Ms. Castillo, who is Head of the firm’s Intellectual Property Department, advises businesses based in the Dominican Republic and large multinational organizations on the full spectrum of IP-related matters including patents, trademarks, copyright, brand and IP portfolio management and exploitation, registration on the national sanitation and health registers and franchise and licensing agreements.
